Developing a Proactive Approach To Teaching
| It is my goal to help teachers develop a proactive approach to teaching. Being proactive means that you enter the classroom with a 'Plan of Action' that has already been prepared in advance such that you know how you are going to respond to situations before they occur. This leads to a teacher entering the classroom with confidence. Even if things don't go as planned the teacher has something to build on, improve and refine. |
